PaperPath Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

  • PaperPath provides academic writing support, research planning, literature organization, AI-assisted drafting, revision, citation support, knowledge management, and export workflows.
  • AI outputs are for reference and drafting support. Users must review facts, citations, structure, originality, and final wording before submission.
  • PaperPath does not guarantee grades, publication, acceptance, correctness, or approval by any university, professor, journal, or institution.

2. Account Use

  • Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
  • Users may not share, rent, sell, transfer, or abuse accounts, credits, referral rewards, billing flows, or access controls.
  • Beta access, invite codes, or referral links are access and attribution mechanisms. They do not create employment, agency, or resale rights.

3. Academic Integrity

  • Users must follow the academic integrity rules of their university, course, professor, journal, employer, and applicable law.
  • Users may not use PaperPath for ghostwriting fraud, impersonation, falsified data, fabricated sources, plagiarism, or rule evasion.
  • PaperPath helps with planning, research organization, structure, citation reasoning, revision, and responsible drafting. Users remain responsible for submitted work.

4. User Content

  • Users retain ownership of content they upload or create, subject to the rights of original authors and third parties.
  • Users grant PaperPath the limited right to process content as needed to provide the service.
  • Users must not upload content they are not allowed to process, including confidential data, copyrighted material, private personal data, or restricted research materials.

5. Changes And Availability

  • PaperPath may change features, model providers, credit usage, plan names, pricing, or usage limits as product and provider costs change.
  • Service may be interrupted by maintenance, upgrades, third-party provider issues, network failures, security incidents, or legal requirements.
  • If users violate these terms or abuse the service, PaperPath may restrict, suspend, or terminate access.
